Intel Developer Forum Preview : Haswell

Intel will be holding their "Intel Developer Forum" next week, from September 11 to 14, which will probably include public details about the next generation of Core processors - Haswell. Power consumption is expected to fall drastically - from 35W with Ivy Bridge down to 17W for Haswell, with 10W SKUs for Ultrabooks.

Remember how I said to hold off till Ivy Bridge? It might be better to wait for Haswell, but in an ever-changing market, anything will become out of date in a year.
