Canon Rolls Out the "Tiny" EOS SL1

Canon has released a new DSLR that may spark the interest of many new photographers looking for a affordable DSLR, or people who just love buying cheap things (me). The SL1 is about 25% smaller and 28% lighter than the EOS Rebel T4i. The Tiny (relatively) has a big punch for its size (4.6"(w) x 3.57" (h) x 2.74" (d)) and weighing in at a mere 14.36oz.

The SL1 has the same features as the new EOS T5i, with the same 18-megapixel APS-C CMOS sensor, ISO sensitivity up to ISO-25,600, 9-point AF with hybrid CMOS AF II, and a higher continuous AF speeds than it predecessors , the same 1080p video recording, and the new 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 STM kit lens.

The EOS Rebel SL1 is priced at a low $649.99 for the body-only and $799.99 with the 18-55mm STM lens.
