Texting + Coffee = Textpresso

Zipwhip, a cloud-based texting company based in Seattle, has built an espresso machine for their employees. If its featured here on [blank]'s Universe, you should know that it is not just a normal espresso machine. As the title says, Text- Enabled. What does that mean?!

This espresso machine allows you to send a text to get your coffee ready. Your text gets sent through Zipwhip's service and to an Android phone connected to the espresso machine. Once it receives your text, the machine goes into action brewing your drink.

That is already extremely cool but this machine has one more cool feature! After your drink is done brewing, the machine prints the last 3 digits of your phone number on to the foam, using edible ink of course.

You can't buy one of these but Zipwhip has said that they will be open-sourcing the software and plans soon!

Watch the video below to see it in action!
