In some rumours, the GTX 660 (the first GK106 chip) specifications have been detailed.


  • 960 CUDA Cores
  • 24 ROPs
  • 192-bit GDDR5 Interface
  • 2 GB GDDR5 RAM
  • 980MHz - 1033MHz (Boost) Core Clock
  • 6 GHz Memory
  • 140W Typical Power Draw (one 6-pin - expect many models with two 6-pins)
